Our pricing is transparent – no hidden fees, setup fees, or exit fees. The government allocates a set amount of funding to support your services, with 10% automatically reserved for Care Management each quarter. Services Australia then determines whether you need to make a co-contribution based on the services you receive and what you can afford.

As of 1 November 2025, Australia has moved to the new Support at Home model — the most significant aged-care reform in nearly three decades.

So what exactly is changing?

• The 4 Home Care Package levels are being replaced by 8 classifications.
• You’ll now receive a quarterly budget based on your individual needs.
• Package management fees have been removed.
• Support at Home providers must now include travel, scheduling, compliance and administrative costs within their hourly service rates.
• Care Management is capped at 10%.
• The Income Tested Care Fee has been replaced by a means-based contribution, meaning you only contribute to the services you use.
• Early access to home modifications and equipment is now available — a separate upfront fund of up to $15,000 for assistive technology and home modifications.
• People already receiving Home Care Packages will automatically transition to Support at Home.
